Shipping and Return Policies
Items that are returned to Discount Spa Parts fall into three general
categories; product that has failed in the field, product that was ordered wrong
by the customer, and the product that was sold or shipped wrong by us. Although
we all strive to perform at the highest level possible, we know that mistakes
will sometimes be made. All we ask of you is to call us for an RGA
number(405-410-5453) when there is a need to ship product back to us. The RGA we
issue helps us prepare for the arrival of the product so that when it gets here,
we can deal with it quickly and efficiently. We will require that you send the
product to us within 30 days after we issue the RGA or you will be financially
liable for any replacement product that was sent to you on a net warranty basis.
Product sent to us on an RGA number older that 30 days will not accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and a copy of the original
invoice should be included. All returns will be credited to you account. No cash
refunds will be made.
In the case that Discount Spa Parts, makes a shipping error, we will gladly
remedy the mistake at our expense. Product that you no longer need or want to
return due to back ordered items or product that you ordered wrong will be
subject to a 25% restock charge. Under no circumstances will any special order
product be accepted for a return. If this proves to be a problem for you, please
give us a call.
Discount Spa Parts, will honor the original manufacturer’s warranty on the
products it sells. Discount Spa Parts assumes no liability for any injury, loss,
or damage resulting from the improper use of or malfunction of an item we sell.
Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as
provided by the manufacturer’s warranty. Defective merchandise sent to our
facility will be examined by us for warranty as per the requirements of the
manufacturer. We will look at such things as date of original sale, product date
codes, chemical or physical damage, and evidence of unreasonable use. Parts with
physical damage are not considered warrantable. If you receive damaged goods,
please notify our returns department immediately. Do not use or install
physically damaged parts as they will not be returnable. All warrantable items
will be replaced or credited to your account. No cash refunds will be made.
All merchandise being returned is the sole responsibility of the customer until
the product reaches Discount Spa Parts. We recommend using a traceable means of
shipping, such as UPS, to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

Policies and Procedures
TERMS OF SALE
All orders are shipped UPS 3-Day (no invoice included) ground unless other wise
arranged. Sale invoices are sent by email per internet order, phone orders must
request email invoices. We also accept prepayment via Visa, MasterCard, personal
or company check. A $27.50 service charge will be assessed on all returned
checks.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
A shipment will be sent using traceable methods. Be aware that if you request a
non-traceable means of transportation, you will have no recourse with the
carrier! All shipments become the property of the customer once picked up by the
transportation company. Damage claims should be addressed directly through the
transportation company. Please advise us if an extraordinary problems occur.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Discount Spa Parts shall not be responsible for the results of any technical
advice with respect to the design, installation, or use of the product it sells.
PRICING POLICY
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make
adjustments to our price schedule as manufacturer pricing changes.
BACK ORDERED PARTS
In some orders parts may be back ordered from the Manufacturer so in order to
keep cost down we ship orders complete when the back ordered item comes in. If
the customer wants parts in stock to go ahead and ship (customer has to notify
Discount Spa Parts) the customer will be billed for the freight for the back
ordered item when it is shipped out to the customer. Sorry since Discount Spa
Parts orders from a third party we have no control over parts on back order.
